Integrated Business Competition Semi-finalists

On behalf of the IB Faculty, Staff and Advisory Board, we would like to personally congratulate the teams that will advance to the semi-final presentation round, for the Spring 2019 Integrated Business Competition, which will take place on Friday, March 29th with check-in between 4:00 – 4:30 PM in the Lupfer Atrium in BA1.

Instructions

Please prepare a 10 minute Prezi presentation that highlights the key aspects of your report. Only include relevant material; in other words, you do not need to present your entire report. Check-in for your name badge and program guide between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM in the Lupfer BA1 Atrium – a table will be set up for you. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served at approximately 6:00 PM.  

The finalist teams will be announced at approximately 6:30 PM and will proceed to the final presentation room. Finalist judges will deliberate, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will be announced, and all purple tickets will be dispersed. We will have a photographer on site.

Things to keep in mind:

  • The dress code is business professional
  • Wear your name badge high up on your right shoulder
  • Take advantage of this networking event; talk to all of our IB Alumni and Finalist judges/advisory board members
  • When enjoying hors d’oeuvres, avoid making a food tower on your plate
  • Hold your beverage in your left hand so you can shake with your right hand
