Welcoming Our Newest Advisory Board Members!

The Integrated Business Department has recently welcomed two new members to the Advisory Board. Board members play a crucial role in guiding the design of the learning process in the Integrated Business major to ensure that the skills our graduates bring to the job market are relevant and desirable. They also support the department in various ways. We are always thankful for their contributions.

Erica Martinez-Rose is the CEO of Tech Rage IT (www.techrageit.com), which she cofounded in 2015 with her husband, Matt Rose. It provides IT support to small businesses throughout Central Florida. It has won numerous awards and was recently named by the Orlando Business Journal as one of 11 companies who are “on fire” in Central Florida.

Ryan Reisner is the founder of The Reisner Group (thereisnergroup.com), a professional talent acquisition services company. He learned about IB through his work with Aldi, whose college hiring program he manages. UCF is one of the campuses Aldi targets through Ryan’s company. He is also the founder of SeekerPitch (www.seekerpitch.com), a start-up that seeks to provide a better, more complete matching process between employers and potential hires.
