This organization was founded on the idea that Integrated Business students are hidden gems for the workforce and it was time that these students realized it and businesses find out about it. By bridging these two ideas together, IBPA creates workshops and social events that will best prepare the students for finding and exceling within their future career no matter what field of business. This organization focuses on honing on soft skills such as networking, presenting in front of groups, negotiation, and being the “go-to” person in their future occupation.
