Celebrating Our Faculty

The Integrated Business Department is proud to be the home of an exceptional group of dedicated faculty members. In recent months, we have had many faculty members celebrate various milestones and achievements. We would like to recognize their accomplishments and invite you to join us in congratulating them.

Dr. Cristian Alecse and Dr. Carlos Valdez received the very competitive and prestigious Teaching Incentive Program Award in recognition of their excellence in teaching at UCF.

Dr. Ghada Baz received a Doctorate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UCF College of Sciences.

In collaboration with Chris Leo from the Management Department, Leslie Connell, Jennifer Morin, and Carlos Valdez published a paper titled “The LinkedIn Effect: Building Personal Brands, Enhancing Self-Esteem and Job Search Behaviors for the New Generation” in Marketing Education Review.

Jennifer Morin and Sara Willox published a paper titled “Applying a Project Management Framework to Develop a Debriefing Communications Plan for Educational Computer-Based Simulation Games” in the Journal of Educational Technology Systems.
