The University of Central Florida’s Integrated Business (IB) program is entering a bold new chapter. At the heart of UCF’s Integrated Business (IB) degree program stands a leadership whose passion, innovation, and global perspectives are shaping the future of business education. We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Adrien Bouchet, our new Chairman, and Dr. Ghada Baz, our new Associate Chairman, two exceptional leaders committed to excellence, student success, and creating a deeply meaningful learning experience. 

Dr. Adrien Bouchet  
Chair, Integrated Business Program

We are proud to introduce Dr. Adrien Bouchet as the new Chair of the Integrated Business program. A dynamic leader and globally recognized scholar, Dr. Bouchet also holds the title of Richard & Helen DeVos Foundation Endowed Chair and Eminent Scholar with UCF’s prestigious DeVos Sport Business Management Program. 

With Dr. Bouchet leading the Integrated Business Program, the department gains a visionary who bridges academic excellence with real-world expertise. He transforms theory into practice, equipping students with the critical thinking and adaptability to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape. This blend of rigor, insight, and leadership makes him the ideal choice to drive the program’s next phase of growth, with the adaptability to lead tomorrow. 

Excellence in Leadership and Scholarship 
Dr. Bouchet joins the IB program with a record of distinguished leadership: 

• Served more than a decade at the University of Tulsa as Department Chair, Associate Dean, Senior Associate Dean for Academics, and Director of Graduate Programs. 
• Acted as UCF’s Faculty Athletic Representative from 2019 to 2022. 
• Named a Fulbright Fellow in Portugal and a Research Fellow with the North American Society for Sport Management. 

His scholarly work has earned recognition on a national scale—including research funded by the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics and featured on ESPN.com.

Industry Expertise that Inspires 
Before academia, Dr. Bouchet built nearly a decade of industry experience with organizations such as: 

• Miami Dolphins (NFL) – Manager, Marketing Partnerships 
• Miami Marlins (MLB) – Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships 
• SFX/Clear Channel Entertainment (Live Nation) – Senior Director of Team, League & Venue Services 
• ISP/Learfield College Sports – Associate General Manager 

Education  

• Ph.D. in Education Policy Administration/Strategy & Statistics, Research Methods from Texas A&M University 
• Master’s in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Arizona State University 
• Bachelor’s in Education from Auburn University

Dr. Ghada Baz  
Associate Chair & Senior Lecturer

Supporting this vision is Dr. Ghada Baz, who now serves as Associate Chair and Senior Lecturer for the IB program. Since joining UCF in 2011, Dr. Baz has helped shape the growth and impact of the Integrated Business program. 

Before joining UCF, Dr. Baz gained international experience as a management consultant with Ernst & Young in Cairo and Abu Dhabi. She advised both public and private sector clients, an experience that now informs her teaching by connecting theory to real-world application. 

Her research explores leadership, teamwork, diversity, and workplace dynamics, and she has completed her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Baz earned her MBA from Georgia State University.
